The hotel had great amenities such as the hot springs and skiing activities. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was also very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The rooms were a bit small and the meals were a bit expensive for their value. However, the overall experience was enjoyable and perfect for a Christmas getaway.

Great location for snow mountain and hot spring lovers with free shuttle for pick, up/drop, off. Nice spa facilities. Good customer service.
Old and run, down building with poor maintenance and smelly toilet. Overpriced meals with limited options.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance down the hill from Karuizawa train station. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even picked me up from the train station when I arrived later than expected, which was a special gesture on their part. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the housekeeping service was excellent. I loved the fact that they provided a free shuttle service, making it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel had a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, perfect for those who enjoy winter sports. The in-room amenities were also great, including a television, electric kettle, and a safe. The onsen was a highlight of my stay, with outstanding views and both male, female, and mixed baths available. The dining options were fantastic, and the restaurants offered delicious meals. the location, service, and facilities provided at this hotel were top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
